Our carbide nozzles are made from tungsten carbide with a hardness of HRA90 and above, and a bending resistance of up to 2300N/mm. They offer an excellent balance between wear resistance and toughness.
 

Each nozzle is manufactured from a single solid piece with no joints, ensuring a smooth wire travel path.

The inner bore is ground and polished to Ra0.1.

The inlet and outlet radii are scientifically calculated and processed to a surface finish of Ra0.025, ensuring smooth wire travel and minimal wire stress during winding.
 

Concentricity between the clamping diameter and outlet diameter is 0.01mm, while the inner bore diameter tolerance is 0.01mm, making these nozzles ideal for precision coil layering.
