These ceramic pulleys are commonly used in coil winding and textile machines, especially for applications involving radical changes in the direction of travelling materials (e.g., copper wires).
 

The ceramic roller rings are made from fine ceramic (Alumina Al₂O₃), with a hardness of HRA88 and surfaces polished to an ultra-fine Ra0.2 finish.

​A high-speed precision bearing is installed within the ceramic roller ring, reducing the sliding distance between the enamelled wire and roller to below 0.15mm. This helps protect the wire coating and maintain stable wire tension.
