Our motor/odd-shaped nozzles are made of tungsten carbide material or hardened SKD-11, depending on the user’s requirements. These materials have an excellent balance between wear resistance and being too brittle.
Each nozzle is made of a solid piece of material with no joints, to ensure a smooth path for wire travel. These motor nozzles are widely used in winding of fan coils, micro-motor coils, stator coils, rotor coils, etc.
Advantages: The inner bore, inlet and outlet have undergone twelve fine grinding and polishing to complete mirror finish surfaces. This ensures smooth travelling and minimum wire stress during winding.
An 80X digital magnifying glass is used for quality checks to ensure no scratches on the polish surfaces before shipment.
