Our motor and odd-shaped nozzles are made from tungsten carbide or hardened SKD-11, depending on the user's requirements. These materials offer an excellent balance between wear resistance and toughness.
Each nozzle is manufactured from a single solid piece with no joints, ensuring a smooth wire travel path.
These nozzles are widely used for winding fan coils, micro-motor coils, stator coils, and rotor coils.
Surface Finish: The inner bore, inlet, and outlet undergo twelve stages of fine grinding and polishing to achieve a mirror-finish surface, ensuring smooth wire travel and minimal wire stress during winding.
An 80× digital magnifying glass is used for quality inspection to ensure the polished surfaces are free from scratches before shipment.
